It's not rocket science. It's a Project Plan. While we here at Exhibit Associates utilize for our Project Management Software, and we utilize EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) as our Company Operating System, it still comes down to timelines and milestones for Project Management. It still takes people to be held accountable.

So what does that mean? Well - here is what it means. Below is a sample project plan for a tradeshow booth.

Project Plan for Tradeshow Booth Construction

1. Project Overview

- Objective: To design, approve, build, and ship a tradeshow booth.

- Rationale: To create an engaging and effective presence at an upcoming tradeshow.

2. Objectives

- Design Approval: By February 15, 2024.

- Material and Graphics Approval: By February 28, 2024.

- Construction Completion: By March 25, 2024.
