The Project Journey In Action
At Exhibit Associates, we believe a successful trade show booth starts long before the first panel goes up. That’s why we guide every client through a clear, collaborative process we call The Project Journey. From your initial concept to post-show teardown, we handle every detail — design, fabrication, logistics, and installation — so you can focus on results, not stress.

The process consisted of our client interviewing several exhibit houses to produce this 20x20 booth. The initial meeting was between someone on the Account Management Team at Exhibit Associates and the client. After the client interviewed different Exhibit Houses the selection was made and EA was chosen to develop the tradeshow booth.
The next step in the process involved Rule #1 – No talking about design without a designer present.

This is a “photo” that we are able to do with our new software for our Tradeshow Booth Clients. When we design the booth we then make it photo quality by putting it in tradeshow halls. Sometimes like for this booth, we put it on a hand. While this is fun, the Project Journey is behind this.
During this 1st Design Meeting someone from the Exhibit Associates Design Team conducted the interview of the client’s marketing team and executive management. This is where the “Concept” part of the Project Journey happened. The Concept was a “green” looking booth to represent “look and feel” of New Zealand, and they needed in six months.
This interview lasted roughly an hour. From there the Account Manager and Designer discussed the Project with the Design, Fabrication and Operations Team to determine if it was a project we could do in the timeline present. (“Yes!”) From that point we designed Version 1;
