Accountability. (Wait...What...Already?)

Funny how it happens. One enters December with the knowledge that the year is ending soon and the "Goals & Objectives" from the previous year are now being reviewed. If formerly, Great!


But even informally one knows. If you are in sales - you know your numbers. You know if you exceeded or not. Marketing? Well that is a little different, but you still know if your execution resulted in the performance you expected. Did marketing hit their performance objectives?

  • Sales Growth

  • Leads

  • Traffic

  • SEO Rankings

  • Social Shares/Comments/Engagement

  • Reach

And if marketing has fallen short, sales has a place to lay the blame. (And we know that's how that one goes.) So in December you make next year - actually now this years - Goals & Objectives.


Well today is March 1st. Two full months done in 2023. How's it going?


And that question is called "Accountability."
