Funny thing happened early this month. We saved a client $705.00.
Big news. Maybe.
We design and build tradeshow booths, corporate displays and museum exhibits. So what are we doing saving a client money? How is that possible? Well we also handle show services for our clients. We ship booths, order electricity, set the booth up, break it down, hang signs and lay carpet. And we're good at it. Do it everyday.
Well our client was shipping a tradeshow booth from one location to another. They booked it on their own. Once we found out how much they were being charged, we looked into it for them. We ship a lot. Our primary broker is a valuable team member to us. We even have included her in emails to client. Yes. We trust her with our clients.
The difference between what our client got quoted and what we did the shipment for them was $705.00. Not a huge amount. In the realm of the cost of a tradeshow this is not a huge amount. But here at Exhibit Associates we look out for our client's best interest.
