30 Minutes In.....

...and you are already 2 hours behind.

One component of Tradeshow Season is the actual tradeshow. This weekend and next weekend the Exhibit Associates teams will be setting up tradeshow booths. Long Beach, Chicago, Dallas, DC, and Atlanta are some of the towns we will be setting up booths in these two weekends. A lot of work.

In Chicago and DC we have some big booths. The saying is - "You are 2 hours behind." Even 30 minutes in. Time is the enemy. Yeah this month we have been highlighting Tradeshow Season and you need to get moving to get your booth ready.

But this is different. Time is really against you. Anything, any issue can cause stress. Every task is one broken bolt from being a 2 hour shit show.

So when you get on the floor. Say "Thank you, this looks great." Then ask your questions: "I thought the graphics would be different?" "How come you are not done yet?" "Where are the brochures?" "Where's Bob?"

Time is not your friend.
