For the 2015 World Series, Exhibit Associates partnered on a fast paced, high visibility fan experience built inside a custom 40 foot shipping container. With aggressive timelines and two major markets, the project required rapid value engineering, precise fabrication, and seamless execution in live event environments.

Project Overview

Exhibit Associates was responsible for managing fabrication and installation while supporting tactical design decisions to ensure feasibility, durability, and performance under real-world conditions.

Role

Deliver a fully fabricated, branded shipping container experience under an accelerated lead time. The container needed to be engineered, built, transported, and installed in both Kansas City and New York City, creating an immersive fan experience tied to the World Series.

Objective

Outcome

The container experience was delivered and deployed successfully in both markets, supporting fan engagement throughout the World Series. Despite compressed timelines and logistical complexity, the project was executed on schedule and performed as intended in high-traffic, high-visibility environments.
