Yesterday we had a Client Meeting.
You know the type of meeting. Pastries are on the conference table, the refrigerator is stocked, agenda is printed for everyone and the A/V is ready to go. But this meeting is not the Pitch meeting. This was a Client Operations Meeting.
This is post-Pitch. This is the meeting were the operational teams meet. Any company can go through the exercise of a Pitch.
But this stage of the Customer Journey Map here at Exhibit Associates was to review procedures, points of contact, roles and how the teams will work together for the next few years.
The work required to get this point through Lead Generation, multiple conference calls and multiple visits here and there is a lot. This meeting was to put names to faces and determine next action items to start executing on behalf of the new client.
Exhibit Associates Show Services team can execute what this client is requiring - our objective here was to communicate that message successfully. (Which was accomplished!)
Lead Generation (Sales) is important for any company - but execution is why Exhibit Associates will soon be celebrating its 40th Anniversary in business. And this operations meeting, and the thousand or so that preceded it is why clients stay with us.
